1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FreeMoney ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the FreeMoney mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FreeMoney. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on our website.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Nigeria or an eligible jurisdiction
• Have a valid phone number for verification purposes
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from our Services

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may only have one active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all your accounts and forfeiture of any earnings.

4. Services Description

FreeMoney provides a platform that combines:

• News & Content: Access to news articles, Afrobeats content, and entertainment
• Social Features: Connect with friends, share content, and participate in community discussions
• Games: Play games including Numbers Game, Quick Fire Quiz, and other skill-based games
• Earning Opportunities: Win real money prizes through games and other activities

5. Games and Prizes

Our gaming services are subject to the following terms:

• Games are skill-based and results are determined fairly
• Prize amounts and availability may vary and are subject to change
• Winnings are credited to your in-app wallet
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply
• We reserve the right to verify winners and request identification
• Fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and account termination

FreeMoney is not a gambling service. Our games require skill and do not involve wagering or betting with real money.

6. Withdrawals and Payments

Regarding earnings and withdrawals:

• Earnings are accumulated in your in-app wallet
• Minimum withdrawal amount is N1,000
• Withdrawals are processed to Nigerian bank accounts only
• Processing time is typically 1-3 business days
• We may require identity verification for large withdrawals
• Withdrawal fees may apply as displayed in the App

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in fraud, cheating, or manipulation of games
• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with others
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Spread false information or spam

8. User Content

By posting content on our platform, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Confirm that you have the rights to post the content
• Accept responsibility for the content you post

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, are the exclusive property of FreeMoney or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation of the Services

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any pending earnings may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEMONEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FreeMoney and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
