1. Our Commitment
FreeMoney maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
We are fully committed to:
- Preventing the use of our platform for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.
- Cooperating with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
- Actively monitoring and removing any content or behavior that violates child protection standards.
- Meeting and exceeding Google Play's Child Safety and CSAE policies.
2. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to:
- All FreeMoney users
- All user-generated content
- All communication channels within the app
- Employees, contractors, and third-party partners
- Any integrated services or APIs connected to FreeMoney
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
FreeMoney strictly prohibits:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse.
- Sexual exploitation of minors in any form.
- Grooming behavior or inappropriate communication with minors.
- Solicitation of sexual content involving minors.
- Sharing, storing, transmitting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Any attempt to use the platform to exploit minors financially or sexually.
Violation of this policy will result in:
- Immediate account suspension or termination.
- Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
- Permanent ban from the platform.
4. Platform Controls & Preventative Measures
FreeMoney implements the following safety mechanisms:
4.1 Age Restrictions
- FreeMoney is intended for users 18 years and older.
- Age verification mechanisms are implemented during onboarding.
- Accounts found to be operated by minors without proper authorization will be suspended.
4.2 Content Moderation
At FreeMoney we:
- Monitor any user-submitted text fields for inappropriate content.
- Restrict image and media uploads where not required.
- Use automated filtering systems to detect abusive or suspicious behavior.
- Regularly audit platform activity for compliance.
4.3 Reporting Mechanism
Users can report inappropriate or suspicious activity through:
- In-app reporting tools

All reports are reviewed promptly and escalated where necessary.
5. Cooperation With Authorities
FreeMoney will:
- Immediately report confirmed CSAM to relevant authorities.
- Comply with lawful requests for information.
- Preserve evidence as required by law.
- Cooperate fully with child protection agencies and law enforcement bodies.
6. Employee Standards & Training
All FreeMoney staff:
- Are bound by strict codes of conduct.
- Receive training on identifying and responding to child safety risks.
- Are required to escalate any CSAE concerns immediately.
Failure to comply with these standards may result in termination and legal action.

We implement:
- Secure data encryption (in transit and at rest)
- Restricted internal data access controls
- Secure authentication systems
- Ongoing security audits
FreeMoney does not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
